About me

Vincianna Reed is the Bay Area Housing Director at Beloved Village, where she leads housing initiatives that provide stability, safety, and opportunity for youth and young adults transitioning from incarceration and system involvement. Vincianna is deeply committed to housing equity, community-driven solutions, and trauma-informed care.

With over a decade of experience in youth advocacy and program development, Vincianna has worked with organizations such as Westcoast Children’s Clinic, Beyond Emancipation, and PEERs, where she developed programs that empower youth, strengthen families, and remove barriers to long-term stability.

As Beloved Village launches its Foster Family Agency (FFA), Vincianna plays a key role in ensuring that youth impacted by the foster care and juvenile justice systems have access to safe, supportive, and nurturing homes. Her leadership focuses on expanding housing access, building strong community partnerships, and designing services that center dignity, healing, and transformation.

Outside of her work, Vincianna is passionate about community, connection, and good food—she firmly believes that some of the best conversations happen over a great meal, especially if tacos are involved!
